I am a 3× founder with over 20 years spanning corporate technology leadership, consultancy, and embodiment work. I help coaches, therapists and experts build sustainable visibility without selling their soul.
Over the past five years I studied social media platforms, algorithms and digital tools in depth. I grew an embodiment account to 10,000 followers on TikTok and 2,000 on Instagram, and used that presence to create a coaching business. I now combine that practical experience with two decades of professional and somatic training to offer embodied social media mentoring.
My approach bridges the inner and outer game of visibility: working with nervous system patterns and freeze responses alongside clear digital strategy, AI tools and content that feels authentic.
