I work with intelligent, resourced (or resource-building) women of all ages who are:

• Leaders in their own right, whether in boardrooms, businesses, creative fields, entrepreneurship, self-started ventures, family systems, communities, or any domain where they hold influence and responsibility

• Still noticing moments where they make themselves smaller, dim their presence, or hold back their full power and identity to navigate existing structures or dynamics

• Done with spiritual infantilization, finished outsourcing authority to signs, divine timing, higher guidance, or any form of bypassing that keeps them waiting, shrinking, or spiritually dressing up avoidance

• Ready to claim full sovereignty: embodied agency, self-possession, and unapologetic erotic vitality that doesn’t require permission from systems, relationships, roles, or cultural scripts designed to limit women’s power

• Disconnected from raw sensation, pleasure, and deep feeling in the body, and eager to reclaim them as physiological sources of clarity, creativity, grounded strength, real leverage, and authentic self-expression, not fantasy or transcendence

• Spiritually mature enough to drop mythology, urgency, and euphoric highs in favor of sober, reality-based embodiment that integrates with actual life: money, timing, constraints, responsibilities, relationships, and leadership demands

• Deeply committed to growth and expanding their capacity, wanting to feel more confident, sensual, wickedly alive, and sovereign without needing to fix themselves, perform endless giving, armor up, or suppress parts of who they are.

HOW I’M QUALIFIED

I have been in practice in the Healing arts and industry for over 30 years; I used and refined spiritual & embodiment practices to recover from my own severe trauma.

I trained extensively with Masters in Nervous System Practices, Dance, Chakra and Energetic Healing, Tantra, Shamanic Practices, Sacred Sexuality, Dearmouring, and Taoist Arts, across Europe, North America and Asia.
